Our Infrasturcture
We Nano Basmati has two rice mill plants in Taraori, Karnal, Haryana, India, a region known as the “Rice Bowl of India.” The combined capacity of these plants is approximately 500 metric tons per day, and we also own eight sortex and grading units with a combined capacity of approximately 700 metric tons per day.
We use UK-based technology from Bühler, a world leader in grain processing systems, in all of our automatic plants. Our color sorter machines from Kinetic and Unique are equipped with the latest technology, giving us a competitive edge.
We also have our own laboratory, where we thoroughly test each batch of paddy to ensure that it meets our strict quality standards before it is packed under our brand Nano Basmati. A miniature rice mill is installed in our laboratory so that we can see the final results with just a small sample of paddy. Along with this rice is also tested at each stage of processing to ensure that it meets our high standards.
In addition to our state-of-the-art infrastructure and rigorous quality control measures, we are also committed to safety and sustainability. Our plants are equipped with the latest safety features, and we have a team of experienced safety professionals who oversee all of our operations. We are also working to reduce our environmental impact, for which we have implemented water treatment plant to conserve water and have installed solar power to conserve energy.
We are proud to be a leading producer of high-quality basmati rice, and we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products and services.
